Hang in there. In 2020 my world came crashing down after thirty years and I thought I would never get up again - but I did get up and have rebuilt a new and interesting life. I’m in Edinburgh because I was forced into an adventure and thought I would make it a good one! It has been one of the best things I have ever done. I thank my amazing friends who quietly stood up and carried me through the worst. It sounds like the people who love you are doing the same.
