I too have found that the older we get, it truly is the small and deeply personal items that matter so much more than anything we ever purchased and cherished along the way. Thank you for sharing this. Mx

Hang in there. In 2020 my world came crashing down after thirty years and I thought I would never get up again - but I did get up and have rebuilt a new and interesting life. I’m in Edinburgh because I was forced into an adventure and thought I would make it a good one! It has been one of the best things I have ever done. I thank my amazing friends who quietly stood up and carried me through the worst. It sounds like the people who love you are doing the same. Thinking of you and standing here as proof it will be OK xxxx

I’m so glad you’re thriving, Jan. And in beautiful Edinburgh, too! I hope to be back there soon with Polari. Be lovely to catch up. Xx

Never underestimate the power of ‘little things’ and their significance alongside the big events ❤️
